Location - stunning, so close to the beautiful mountains as well as the center of Ella. Spotless and immaculate rooms, exceptionally good views of the mountains.

The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a variety of fresh fruits and delicious pancakes. The location of the hotel was great, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. Plus, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

The staff was friendly and the host too. Got beautifully decorated room with view when arrived, loved that. It was nice to find an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware. The location offered was amazing very close to the beautiful mountains surrounding Ella as well as greenery. Furthermore, to nine arches.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding. The room was lovely with a balcony offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The location, although slightly far from the town, was perfect for a peaceful and serene getaway. The staff, especially Sisira, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From being our private guide to arranging transportation and delicious home-cooked meals, their hospitality was exceptional. We can't wait to return.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

The hotel is in a quiet location and clean. The triple room is brand-new and reasonably large. There is a good choice of supplies like a terrace and a kettle. Amazing service, the breakfast is sumptuous. It is undoubtedly a comfortable option when in Ella.

The rooms are fitted with a seating area, providing a cozy spot to relax after a long day of exploring the beautiful Ella countryside. I felt like I was sinking into a cloud, with cushions enveloping me, just like a marshmallow in a hot chocolate.

We had a very good trip at this brand-new hotel. The location was peaceful and spectacular for first time visitors to Ella. Thoroughly enjoyed the fairly quiet area just off the hillside, Ella train station, and the Ella mountain side.

We had an unforgettable stay at a homestay with outstanding views and excellent amenities. The hosts, Gayan and his brother, were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They assisted us with any questions or requests, making our stay truly enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and offered amazing views of the surrounding area. The breakfast, cooked by their mom, was incredible. The location was convenient, with easy access to the center of town and transportation services to explore other parts of Sri Lanka. a great value for the experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this small, family-run guesthouse. The room was clean and well equipped, with a stunning view from the bed and private balcony. The owners/staff were incredibly helpful and provided the best breakfast we had on our trip. Highly recommend this place for families.

Incredible stay at this mountain retreat! Newly renovated rooms with a spotless, spacious bathroom and the comfiest beds ever. The view from the room took my breath away! The hosts, Sisira and his brother, were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their delicious and warm breakfast was an absolute treat. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning a trip to Ella.

The rooms at Shining Green View are cozy and comfortable, with a seating area to relax in. The flat-screen TV in the room is a great addition for entertainment during our stay. Having a private bathroom with free toiletries was a convenient and pleasant feature. The balcony with a mountain view from the chalet was absolutely breathtaking. The electric kettle in the triple room was handy for making hot beverages.

Personally, I would have liked a bit more variety in the cable channels on the TV.

The flat-screen TV with satellite channels is a great way to unwind, and the private bathroom with free toiletries ensures a refreshing shower experience. I felt right at home in these rooms as a traveler looking for comfort and relaxation.

The only downside I found was that the rooms are not fitted with a bidet. But that's just my personal preference, others may not mind it at all.
