The staff was friendly and the host too. Got beautifully decorated room with view when arrived, loved that. It was nice to find an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware. The location offered was amazing very close to the beautiful mountains surrounding Ella as well as greenery. Furthermore, to nine arches.

The room is tidy and quiet with a lovely balcony and great views, and the location is peaceful with respectful staff.

The staff were all amicable and excellent. Its location was amazing, short walk to Sri Lanka, and Shining Green View. I checked out St Paul's Church, that was set within easy walking distance of the property.

Missing out on the opportunity to pay for a visit to the Hakgala Botanical Garden - because who wants to see beautiful flora and fauna anyways?

This place is well-equipped, tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds, and the staff are excellent and respectful.

The location was peaceful, just a few steps from all the places we needed, and it only took us 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop at Lower Bisterne Farm, with the staff being respectful and excellent.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was lovely with a balcony offering amazing views of the mountains. The location, although slightly far from the town, was perfect for a peaceful and serene getaway. The staff, especially Sisira, were really good too make our stay lovely. From being our private guide to arranging transportation and delicious home-cooked meals, their hospitality was really good. We can't wait to return.

The hotel is in a quiet location and clean. The triple room is brand-new and reasonably large. There is a good choice of supplies like a terrace and a kettle. Amazing service, the breakfast is sumptuous. It is undoubtedly a comfortable option when in Ella.

The rooms are fitted with a seating area, providing a cozy spot to relax after a long day of exploring the beautiful Ella countryside. I felt like I was sinking into a cloud, with cushions enveloping me, just like a marshmallow in a hot chocolate.
